Transactions are handled with the highest level of bank-grade security. For high-value acquisitions, payment is executed via secure bank wire transfer (SWIFT/SEPA) or verified, encrypted art-payment processors. Your financial data is fully protected, and works are only released for shipment once funding is securely cleared.
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE & CANCELLATION
All sales are final once an artwork has been dispatched from the studio. However, full financial protection is guaranteed under the following two strict conditions:
- Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: You are eligible for a full refund if you request to cancel your acquisition before the artwork has been processed and handed over to the courier.
- Transit Damage: If the artwork is structurally damaged during transit, the acquisition value is fully protected by international transit insurance. Upon verification of the damage (photographs required within 24 hours of delivery), a full refund or a secure replacement will be issued.

To preserve the archival quality and pristine condition of the museum-grade paper, we strongly advise against unpacking the artwork yourself.
Please deliver the protective tube directly to a professional, conservation-grade framer. The artwork should only be handled with clean, white cotton gloves. We recommend choosing anti-reflective museum glass with UV protection to ensure the longevity and vivid color depth of the constructed imagery.
